Point taken:  when you want to list REO assets, providing a pre-forclosure BPO to the Loan Servicer helps them determine if they are going to take the propety back. They understand that if they acquire it, we are asking them to list the property through REO Nationwide, Inc. with you as the local agent.  It is critical that the pre-forclosure BPO and the initial REO BPO be similiar in values unless there is some documentable and credible reason for the difference.

You will be contacted when REO Nationwide, Inc. receives a listing in your territory, whether you previously did a BPO on that property or not.   Territories are held by Realtors as long as they do professional, accurate and timely work.  When a territory is vacated, the next agent in line is contacted.   Applications are loaded into the system in the order which you signed up.   REO Nationwide understands that marketing and selling property is your core competence and is ours as well.
